1 Account Responsibility

Mentify is designed for learning, tutoring, and educational collaboration. Users agree to:
- Maintain respectful conduct in all live sessions, assignment submissions, and tutor communications.
- Refrain from sharing copyrighted course materials outside the platform without explicit permission.
- Not attempt to disrupt, exploit, or bypass platform access control mechanisms.
3 Course Enrollment & Payments
Enrollment in paid cohorts requires an active subscription or valid payment confirmation. Fees, course schedules, and cohort start dates are presented during checkout.
4 Content Ownership
Tutors and content creators retain ownership of their instructional materials while granting Mentify the non-exclusive license to host and stream content to enrolled learners.
5 Termination & Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate platform policies or engage in disruptive behavior.
